Dr. Michael Aziz, a regenerative medicine specialist in the United States, states, “Jiaogulam tea has antioxidant properties that are eight times more potent than green tea, a beverage already famous for its global protective effects on cells.”

Some domestic enterprises have already started producing Jiaogulam products, such as tea bags, capsules, and liquid extracts, catering to the domestic market and aiming for export opportunities.

However, to enhance the value and quality of these products, there is a need for synchronized investment in raw material planning and standardized production processes adhering to GACP-WHO guidelines. Additionally, further in-depth clinical research is essential.

Exercising Caution When Using Jiaogulam

While generally considered safe, Jiaogulam may cause side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, or digestive issues in sensitive individuals. It is advisable for those taking medication for chronic diseases like diabetes or cardiovascular issues to consult their doctors before consuming Jiaogulam due to potential drug interactions. Diabetic patients, in particular, should closely monitor their blood sugar levels when combining Jiaogulam with blood sugar-lowering medication to avoid severe hypoglycemia.
