Prepare: 400g squid, garlic, dill, oyster sauce, seasoning powder, cooking oil, pepper.
Clean the squid and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the squid with a bit of seasoning powder and oyster sauce. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the squid and stir-fry until cooked. Add the dill, stir well, sprinkle with pepper, and turn off the heat.

Prepare: 1 bunch of water spinach, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, enough salt, 4 garlic cloves.
Pick the young water spinach leaves, wash them clean, and let them drain. Boil water with a bit of salt, then blanch the spinach until just tender. Drain the spinach and let it dry. Heat the cooking oil in a pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the spinach, season with seasoning powder to taste, and stir until the spinach is cooked.
Use the spinach blanching water to make a soup by adding lime juice to taste.

Prepare: 2 large or 3 small blocks of tofu, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, a pinch of sugar, 2 scallions.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and let them drain to avoid splattering during frying. Chop the scallions finely. Mix 1 tablespoon of fish sauce with 3 tablespoons of water and a pinch of sugar. Add the chopped scallions and stir until the sugar dissolves. Fry the tofu until golden, then dip each piece into the fish sauce mixture. Arrange the tofu on a plate and top with the remaining scallions from the bowl.

Prepare: 300g shrimp, coconut water, ginger, seasoning powder, seasoning salt, sugar, garlic, cooking oil, scallions, pepper.
Peel the shrimp, remove the veins, wash them clean, and let them drain. Marinate the shrimp with a bit of seasoning powder, seasoning salt, and sugar. Sauté the minced ginger and garlic with a bit of cooking oil until fragrant. Add the shrimp to the pan and stir until the shells turn red and firm.
Pour coconut water into the pan with the shrimp, add a bit of seasoning, and stir until the coconut water reduces and coats the shrimp. Add finely chopped scallions and a bit of pepper for aroma. Stir until the scallions are slightly wilted, then turn off the heat.

Wishing you success!
