Get Vaccination Certificate for Entry into Lockdown

After receiving a Covid-19 vaccination, individuals will be provided with a Certificate of Vaccination against the Covid-19 disease. This document serves as official evidence that the recipient has been successfully vaccinated. The certificate includes various identifying details such as the injector’s first name and last name, date of birth, ID number, residential address, gender, and current occupation.

People will receive a certificate form after receiving the Covid vaccination.

The Ministry of Health has introduced a revised certification process for vaccinations, as outlined in Decision No. 43/QD-BYT, which includes two primary doses and one supplemental dose. This update is in addition to Decision No. 3588/QD-BYT, issued on July 26, 2021.

The new certificate now offers a comprehensive vaccination package, consisting of 3 basic doses, 1 additional dose, and 3 booster doses. This means that individuals can receive a total of 7 vaccine doses. Furthermore, this certificate serves as a means to verify vaccination status and assists healthcare facilities in determining the appropriate type of vaccine to administer, as well as scheduling future vaccination appointments.

The Ministry of Health and Ministry of Information and Communications have collaborated to create an online vaccination portal to address the shortcomings commonly associated with physical vaccination certificates, such as torn or blurred letters. This platform enables individuals to easily and efficiently search for their vaccination information and status, providing a more flexible and convenient experience.

Users can access the official website of tiemchungcovid19.gov.vn to register and access comprehensive information. The process to retrieve Covid vaccination information on the Online Immunization Portal is as follows:

1. Access the website tiemchungcovid19.gov.vn.
2. In the “Lookup” section, select “Look up injection certificates” or visit this faster link.

Step 2:

Next, you need to enter the necessary information based on the specific requirements and then select “Lookup”. Please note that the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) must be completed.

Finally, you will receive an OTP code sent to your phone number. Please enter the code and click the “confirm” button. Once confirmed, you will gain access to the vaccination information.
