Heart-shaped Sausage
Cut the sausage into heart shapes as shown in the image.
Use only the two ends to piece together a heart shape. Don’t throw away the leftover sausage, you can fry or cut it into small pieces for a mixed fried rice dish.
Heat some oil in a pan, fry the sausage briefly, then transfer to a plate and serve with eggs and a glass of milk for a nutritious breakfast.
Octopus-shaped Sausage
Take a sausage and cut it in half, leaving the base intact.
Next, cut the sausage lengthwise into 8 sections.
Cook the sausage until fully cooked, it will resemble a swimming octopus.
Place the sausage on a fried egg, decorate with eyes and mouth.
Small Flower-shaped Sausage
Cut the sausage into a spiral shape like a spring.
Join the head and tail together to form a circle.
Place the sausage in a pan with a little oil.
Crack an egg into the middle of the sausage, cover and cook over low heat.
Transfer the sausage to a plate, garnish with a few cherry tomatoes and a sprig of herbs.
Heart-shaped Sausage and Egg
Cut the sausages in half but not all the way through to easily create a heart shape.
Shape the sausages into a heart as shown, secure with a toothpick.
Place in a pan, crack an egg in the middle, and fry as usual.
Serve with toasted bread.
