Heart-shaped Sausage
Cut the sausage into heart shapes as shown in the image.

Use only the two ends to piece together a heart shape. Don’t throw away the leftover sausage, you can fry or cut it into small pieces for a mixed fried rice dish.

Heat some oil in a pan, fry the sausage briefly, then transfer to a plate and serve with eggs and a glass of milk for a nutritious breakfast.
Octopus-shaped Sausage

Take a sausage and cut it in half, leaving the base intact.

Next, cut the sausage lengthwise into 8 sections.

Cook the sausage until fully cooked, it will resemble a swimming octopus.

Place the sausage on a fried egg, decorate with eyes and mouth.
Small Flower-shaped Sausage

Cut the sausage into a spiral shape like a spring.

Join the head and tail together to form a circle.

Place the sausage in a pan with a little oil.

Crack an egg into the middle of the sausage, cover and cook over low heat.

Transfer the sausage to a plate, garnish with a few cherry tomatoes and a sprig of herbs.
