From September 15th onwards, Ho Chi Minh City will implement a new system using QR codes via an application. In today’s article, we will guide you on how to check your COVID-19 green and yellow cards in detail and quickly.

According to the Ministry of Health, the green card will be issued to individuals who have recovered from COVID-19 (F0) or have received two doses of the vaccine and have passed 14 days since their last injection. Those who have received only one dose of the vaccine and have periodic negative test results (every 3 days) will be granted a yellow card.

Download the “Sổ Sức Khỏe Điện Tử” (Electronic Health Book) app on your phone by searching for “sổ sức khỏe điện tử” in the App Store or CH Play, or use the links provided below, and then click install.

Open the SSKĐT app and select “Register.” Enter your name, phone number, password, and confirm your password. Click “Đăng ký” (Register). Afterward, you will receive an OTP code on your phone, which you will need to enter as requested.

Launch the app and log in by entering your phone number and password.

Select the individual tab and then go to “chứng nhận ngừa Covid” (COVID-19 Prevention Certificate).

Go to the COVID-19 Vaccination Portal and navigate to the search section. Then, click on “tra cứu chứng nhận tiêm” (Search for Vaccination Certificate).

Fill in the required information (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk) and then click “Tra cứu” (Search).
