Tamarind – A Versatile Plant in Vietnamese Countryside
Tamarind is a commonly found plant in the Vietnamese countryside with various uses. It can be used for making vinegar and treating gastrointestinal pain, stomachache, indigestion, dysentery, and fatigue. Additionally, tamarind has antimicrobial effects and can be combined with salt and water to create a solution for cleaning dishes. This solution is refreshing, easy to handle, and gentle on the skin.
Note: If the soap layer on the bowl is too thick, you can add 1 to 2 drops of dish soap solution mixed into the tamarind solution to wash the bowl as usual.
