In a report on the Today show on NBC, journalist Vicky Nguyễn, a Vietnamese-American, used an electric vehicle to illustrate how to save gasoline.

In the context of continuously increasing gasoline prices, Vicky Nguyễn used an electric Ford Mustang Mach-E to demonstrate fuel-saving tips in a segment on the Today show on NBC. One tip she shared was turning off the engine when idling for more than 10 seconds, which she illustrated by pressing the Start/Stop button on the Mach-E.

Another tip Vicky Nguyễn shared was keeping as few items on the car as possible, which she exemplified by taking packages from the back of the Mach-E.
