Virus can be transmitted from frequently touched surfaces to humans such as door handles, stair railings, balcony railings, light switches, computer keyboards, phones or remote controls, glass shower walls… These surfaces are prone to harboring germs because viruses are present everywhere. Therefore, you need to pay attention to regularly disinfecting these areas. Alternatively, you can clean them with regular cleaning solution, wipe them dry with a cloth, and finish off with a spray of alcohol.

Windows

Windows in rooms should not be closed tightly. You need to open the windows to allow air circulation, create ventilation, and improve immunity for everyone in the family. Therefore, you should use a warm water and salt solution or a warm water and white vinegar solution to wipe clean the window frames, glass surfaces, effectively killing bacteria and viruses.

Curtains

You may not realize that bacteria or viruses can cling to and live on fabric surfaces for hours. That’s why you should not only clean the windows regularly but also spray alcohol on the surfaces of curtains and blinds that come into contact with windows.

If possible, wash and change the curtains once a week. The curtains should be washed and dried to kill bacteria and viruses.

Regularly change kitchen cleaning cloths

The kitchen area includes cooking countertops, cabinet doors, dining chairs, dining table surfaces… which are always hard surfaces that need to be cleaned and sanitized daily. Therefore, after using cleaning cloths, they should be washed with soap and soaked in hot water before drying. Hang the cloths in well-ventilated areas to dry, avoiding damp and moldy cloths or incomplete virus elimination.

Cleaning the house floor

The house floor should not only be swept or vacuumed as usual. You can use a cleaning cloth to clean with soap and warm water.

Toilet cleaning

The toilet should be cleaned regularly to prevent virus and bacterial infections. You can close the bathroom door, wear a mask and gloves to scrub and disinfect the toilet. To avoid virus transmission, you should put a toilet cleaning tablet inside the flushing tank.
