3 How to Prepare Việt Sin Mini Shrimp and Pork Dumplings

Step 1 Allow the dumplings to thaw at room temperature.

Step 2 Cook the dumplings using your preferred method:

  • Steaming: The simplest method. Boil water in a pot, place the dumplings in a steamer, and steam for 10-15 minutes.
  • Pan-frying: Use a non-stick pan for easier cooking. Add enough oil, fry at medium heat (150-160°C) for 5-7 minutes, or fry with eggs until golden.
