For some mothers, breastfeeding can be a memorable experience, especially if they have larger breasts.

One such mother is famous Japanese actress and model, Anri Okita.

Even before becoming a mother, Anri Okita was a well-known figure in Japan, renowned for her beauty, hot body, and her impressive bust, measuring at 1.05m.

With a bust size that many women dream of, Anri Okita faced challenges when it came to breastfeeding her child.

In 2018, the actress gave birth to her first child, a daughter. Determined to provide the best nutrition for her baby, Okita decided to breastfeed exclusively.

The mother struggled to hold her child comfortably.

Anri often received lewd comments when nursing in public spaces.

During pregnancy and postpartum, Okita’s bust size increased significantly, growing by 15cm while breastfeeding. As a result, her bust measurement reached an impressive 1.2m, and at times, even larger.

The model-actress confessed that during this period, her breasts sagged, and she often felt like they were “dragging downwards.” “Sometimes I feel exhausted due to my disproportionate figure, and I get bothered by the rude comments from people” – Anri Okita confided.

Despite the challenges, Anri Okita remained dedicated to her maternal role and felt proud to be able to breastfeed her child.

Currently, Okita’s daughter is seven years old, but her identity has been kept private by her mother, who wishes to protect her from the limelight. Anri Okita wants her daughter to have a normal life, away from the public eye.

It’s common for mothers to experience an increase in breast size during breastfeeding, which can cause discomfort and inconvenience for both mother and child. Here are some tips to improve the situation:

1. Breastfeeding Positions:

Football Hold: Hold your baby along the side of your body, with their legs straddling your hip. Support their head and neck with one hand, and use the other hand to support your breast. This position gives you better control over the baby’s position and your breast.

Side-lying Position: Lie on your side, with a pillow behind your back and under your head for comfort. Place your baby beside you, tummy to tummy, so they can easily access your breast.

Upright Position: Sit in a chair with a backrest, and place a pillow on your lap to elevate the baby to nipple height. Ensure the baby is securely and comfortably supported.

2. Use a Nursing Pillow:

A nursing pillow lifts the baby to the correct height, reducing strain on your arms and shoulders. Choose a pillow with the right thickness and shape for your body.

3. Adjust Your Breast Hold:

C-hold: Place your thumb above the breast and the other fingers underneath, forming a C-shape. Hold the breast away from the areola to allow the baby to latch easily.

V-hold: Similar to the C-hold, but instead of using the thumb, place your index finger above the breast.

4. Ensure Proper Latch:

Make sure your baby latches deeply onto the areola, not just the nipple. This ensures they get more milk and prevents sore nipples. If your baby has difficulty latching, express a small amount of milk to stimulate them.

5. Seek Support:

Breastfeeding Consultants: They can assess your specific situation and offer tailored advice.

Mother Support Groups: Sharing experiences with other mothers can provide empathy and valuable insights.

Family and Friends: Don’t hesitate to ask for help with small tasks so you can rest and focus on breastfeeding.

6. Choose the Right Bra:

Wear a well-fitting, supportive bra that doesn’t compress your breasts. Nursing bras can make breastfeeding easier.

Get adequate rest, eat healthily, and stay hydrated. Maintain a relaxed mindset and avoid stress.
