Pimples
Pimples are a severe form of acne that often appear as large, hard, swollen bumps, which initially can be painful and later become soft and filled with pus. Compared to other types of acne, pimples are more severely infected, larger in size, more painful, more likely to leave scars, and more damaging to the skin.
To effectively remove and prevent pimples, you first need to cleanse your face thoroughly, avoid eating spicy foods, and consume more fresh vegetables and fruits to enhance your skin’s immune system. Additionally, you can use a few slices of fresh garlic or toothpaste applied to the pimples, let it sit overnight, and repeat this process regularly every day. The pimples will quickly deflate and not leave any scars.
Blackheads
|
Blackheads can occur in a wide range of people, from adolescents to adults. The main cause is dirt, dead skin cells, and sebum clogging the pores. This type of acne has a black head due to oxidation and is mainly located on the surface of the skin, focusing on the nose, chin, and cheeks. Although they are not painful, if left untreated or in large quantities, blackheads will enlarge the pores and make the skin rough.
To effectively remove blackheads, you should always cleanse your face daily with a face wash and regularly apply toner. At the same time, use a cream or a natural blackhead remover to eliminate the blackhead without damaging the skin.
Cystic Acne
Cystic acne makes the skin rough and aesthetically unappealing
|
Cystic acne is deep within the skin, small in size, and in clusters, which makes the skin rough, aesthetically unappealing, and likely to spread to the surrounding area. Most cystic acne appears around the eyes, as this is a thin, sensitive area that is prone to damage.
Cystic acne cannot be completely treated by conventional methods such as squeezing, using acne creams, but requires laser technology and a combination of methods to detoxify the liver.
Milia
|
The signs of milia are small in size, have white heads, and are slightly red surrounding the pimples, without pain when touched. The cause of milia is due to the combination of egg capsules, sebum, and dead skin cells clogging the pores, causing blockages, inflammation, and pimple formation.
When experiencing milia, you should control the amount of excess oil, exfoliate regularly, and wash your face 2 – 3 times a day with facial cleanser for acne-prone skin. Always remove makeup thoroughly after each use.
Pustules
|
Pustules appear when the pores are clogged and in a severe state of inflammation. They have white or yellow pus with relatively large pimple heads that are painful when touched.
Squeezing pustules will only make them larger and leave depressed scars. Therefore, you should wait for them to mature and have yellow heads before squeezing them to remove. However, you need to ensure that your hands and face are thoroughly clean before doing so, and then rinse with a diluted saltwater solution. Additionally, always keep your skin clean and breathable, maintain a proper diet, and get enough sleep.
Good luck!
