Sugarcane also provides essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, protein, vitamin A, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, and minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, potassium, zinc, and iron. Additionally, sugarcane juice contains antioxidants such as flavonoids and polyphenolic compounds.

Here are some of the health benefits associated with sugarcane juice consumption:
