1 How to Sign Up as an Ahamove Driver
Ahamove has simplified the driver registration process by offering two methods: direct registration at their headquarters or representative offices, and online registration.

Signing Up via the Ahamove App
Step 1: Download the “Tài xế Aha” app for Android or iOS, open it, select Registration, and fill in the required information.
Register your information
Step 2: After registering, you will need to complete 4 basic lessons to become a driver directly on the app. Upon completion, an Ahamove representative will contact you within 48 hours if you’ve passed the in-app test, based on the phone number you provided.
The representative will discuss some important notes about becoming an Ahamove partner. Once this is done, you can start earning money! Instructions on how to use the app will be provided in the lessons, so you’ll quickly get a grasp on how Ahamove partners operate.

Required Documents
- Original and notarized copy of your ID card.
- Notarized copy of your household registration book.
- A phone number registered in your name.
- A resume with confirmation from your place of residence.

Registration Fee
Upon submitting your documents, Ahamove requires you to pay a registration fee of 1,000,000 VND. This deposit ensures customer protection in case of issues with the driver during delivery. You can pay the full amount at once or in two installments of 500,000 VND each, with the second payment due within 30 days.

What is Ahamove’s delivery process?
Once you’ve successfully registered, you’ll download the “Tài xế Aha” app on your phone and activate your account to start receiving orders. When an order is available, you’ll receive a notification from the business unit or individuals who need to deliver goods.
The notification will include details such as pickup and delivery locations, the customer’s phone number, and the amount you’ll earn. If the order suits you, tap “Accept Order,” and then proceed to pick up and deliver the goods.

What are the working hours and income expectations for drivers?
Ahamove guarantees that you’ll receive between 5 and 15 orders per day, ensuring a stable income for drivers. With consistent work, you can earn more than 300,000 VND per day.
The working hours are flexible; you can turn on the app whenever you’re available to receive orders. If you have an unexpected event, you can turn off the app and turn it back on later. The hours can be adjusted according to your free time, ranging from 6 am to 11 pm, depending on the driver’s preference.

How much does the Ahamove driver uniform cost?
After successfully registering as a partner, drivers will need to pay 330,000 VND for the Ahamove uniform. This includes:
- Ahamove jacket: 200,000 VND
- T-shirt: 90,000 VND
- Helmet: 90,000 VND

How does Ahamove calculate taxes?
According to the Official Letter No. 9229/CT-TTHT dated September 7, 2018, issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, AhaMove is responsible for withholding and paying personal income tax on behalf of drivers. Specifically:
- From January 14, 2019, the tax rate withheld by AhaMove has changed to 4.5% of the tax liability. This includes 3% value-added tax and 1.5% personal income tax.
- These rates are calculated based on the driver’s taxable revenue. Note that for Super Fast, Super Cheap, Fixed Price, HEINEKEN, THERMAL BAG, and E-commerce services, the tax rate is 3.6% and 3.3% of the total service fee for HUB service (orders from the “Giao hang nhanh” warehouse).
- For driver incentives, the withholding rate is 1%. Other non-revenue-related support amounts are subject to a 10% personal income tax withholding.
This tax model is based on increasing income levels:
- For Super Fast, Super Cheap, Heineken, Thermal Bag, and E-commerce services – the commission rate is reduced to 20%, and the new price structure is as follows: 23,000 VND/first 4km – Super Fast, Heineken; 18,000 VND/first 4km – Super Cheap, E-commerce; 28,000 VND/first 4km – Thermal Bag. After 4km, the old rates apply: 5,000 VND/km and 4,000 VND/km.
- For Fixed Price 25 service – the commission rate is reduced to 20%: The price remains the same at 25,000 VND/delivery point.
- For HUB service – the commission rate is reduced: The price remains the same at 12,000 VND/successful delivery. The commission rate is now 26.7%.
