Use Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil has many benefits, but most importantly, it has antibacterial and antifungal properties. That’s why utilizing it in the bathroom is a great idea. Add a little tea tree oil to baking soda and help scrub your sink well. The oil easily removes mold and bacteria, while restoring its previous shine to your sink.
Use Shaving Foam to Clean Mirrors
To prevent your mirror from fogging up after a shower, simply apply some shaving foam to them. Leave it on for 1 minute and wipe it off with a dry cloth. It’s also a great way to protect your mirrors from fingerprints.
Use Vinegar for Cleaning
You can easily remove soap scum without using expensive products. Just use vinegar, as it acts as a natural cleaner by mixing 1/2 cup of white vinegar with warm water. Scrub the tiles thoroughly.
Use Newspaper to Clean Shower Glass
If you don’t have small fiber towels available, use newspaper. It doesn’t leave lint and, in addition, it removes dead skin cells well. You can also combine newspaper with white vinegar to achieve a dream-like shower glass.
Use Toothpaste to Remove Soap Scum
Dab a little toothpaste onto a sponge and scrub vigorously to remove built-up soap scum. It can also be used to shine water faucets. Scrub with a cloth and then rinse with water. Remember to occasionally use this trick as toothpaste’s abrasive properties can corrode the paint layer.
Use Baby Oil for Polishing Objects
Pour a little oil onto a cloth and rub it onto objects, showerheads, and even your toilet bowl. This way, you will make them shiny and remove fingerprints.
Place a Salt and Baking Soda Jar in the Bathroom
You just need to sprinkle some baking soda into the toilet before use. This will reduce the need to clean the toilet frequently. Furthermore, you can also use it to unclog the toilet. Use 1 cup of baking soda and 2 cups of vinegar, let it sit for 30 minutes, and flush your toilet.
