2. Check Power Outage Schedule on the EVNHCMC App
First, download the EVNHCMC customer service app:
Step 1: On the app’s homepage, enter your phone number. If you already have an account, simply enter your password. If you’re new, the system will guide you through the registration process. Verify your information via SMS.

3. Check Power Outage Schedule on ZALO
First, download the latest version of ZALO for iOS or Android.
