1 How to report a power outage on Zalo
Step 1: Open the Zalo app on your phone.
Step 2: In the search bar in Zalo, enter the following keywords:
- EVNNPC or the power company of the North, if you are in the provinces in the North.
- EVNCPC or the power company of the Central, if you are in the provinces in the Central region.
- EVNSPC or the power company of the South, if you are in the provinces in the South region (except Ho Chi Minh City).
- EVNHCMC or the power company of Ho Chi Minh City, if you are in Ho Chi Minh City.
Step 3: After selecting, Zalo will switch to the interface of the power company. Then, click on “Quan tam” (Interested) and select the “Dịch vụ” (Service) section.
Step 4: In the Dịch vụ (Service) section, click on “Báo mất điện” (Report power outage). Then, fill in the required information and click on “Ghi thông tin” (Save information). And you’re done reporting a power outage!
2 Other ways to report a power outage
In addition to using Zalo, you can directly contact the Customer Care Department of the power company at 19001006 or 1900900 to receive timely advice and support.
