Apply a cold compress to the affected area for 5-10 minutes. Repeat this 4-5 times per day to help reduce pain quickly.
Another effective remedy is Epsom salt. You will need a basin of warm water. Add 2-3 tablespoons of Epsom salt to the warm water and stir well. Soak your foot with the affected area in the Epsom salt water for 10-15 minutes. Do this 2-3 times daily to help reduce pain.
