– 500g peeled and deveined shrimp
– 2 small zucchinis, diced

– 400g spaghetti pasta
– Oregano leaves

– Olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Step 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti pasta for about 2 minutes less than the package instructions.
Step 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until golden and fragrant.

Step 5. Add cooked spaghetti pasta to the pan and toss with the zucchinis.
Step 6. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, shrimp, and a little bit of the pasta cooking water if it’s too dry.
Step 7. Toss everything together and add butter for extra flavor. Turn off the heat and add dried oregano leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, and grated Parmesan cheese.
