The support amount is based on the period of unemployment insurance contributions that the employee has not yet enjoyed, as follows:

  • Unemployment insurance contribution period of less than 12 months: VND 1,800,000 per person.
  • Unemployment insurance contribution period of 12 to less than 60 months: VND 2,100,000 per person.
  • Unemployment insurance contribution period of 60 to less than 84 months: VND 2,400,000 per person.
  • Unemployment insurance contribution period of 84 to less than 108 months: VND 2,650,000 per person.
  • Unemployment insurance contribution period of 108 to less than 132 months: VND 2,900,000 per person.
