How to delete, block, and appoint members in offline Zalo groups

Step 1: First, you access the created offline Zalo group > Then you click on the 3 horizontal lines with 3 dots icon located in the upper right corner > Then you scroll and select the View members option.

Step 2: Now the list of all members in the group will be shown in the All tab, you click on the corresponding member to perform the following actions:

  • View profile
  • Appoint as deputy group leader
  • Block member (remove from the group and unable to rejoin)
  • Remove from the group

How to approve members in offline Zalo groups

Step 1: Similarly, you access the created offline Zalo group > Then you click on the 3 horizontal lines with 3 dots icon located in the upper right corner > Then you scroll and select the View members option.

Step 2: You click on the Approve members option > Switch to On status > Next, you enter a question for group members to answer. That’s it. Members can join the group when you approve.

In case you turn off this Approve members feature, it means that anyone with an invitation link can join the group without the group leader’s approval.
