New photos of Anh Thu’s return to the beauty pageant have attracted attention. She is currently in the top 18 finalists in Ho Chi Minh City after the preliminary round.

Pham Thu’s full name is Pham Thi Anh Thu, born in 1997, from Ha Nam. Anh Thu has body measurements: height 1.75m, bust-waist-hip measurements are 84-60-92 cm.

Anh Thu was previously in the top 5 of Miss Vietnam in Ao Dai 2016, top 15 of Miss World Vietnam 2019, and top 10 of Miss Universe Vietnam 2019. After the competitions, she participated in many fashion shows.

She shared: “It is the image of a young girl who has overcome stereotypes, pressure, and failure. I believe that when one door closes, another one opens and opportunities will always come to those who try. As someone with a progressive mindset, I want this return of mine to leave an impression on the audience. My biggest goal this year is to become the representative of Vietnam in Miss Universe 72nd edition.”

In this competition, she believes that Miss Universe chooses girls with intelligence, courage, community-oriented mindset, and inspiring qualities rather than just the most beautiful faces, and she believes she can conquer the judges with these aspects. Besides the right to become the representative of Vietnam in Miss Universe, Pham Thu wants to become a beauty queen to use her influence, help people in need, and spread love through her actions and story.

When faced with failure in the competition, she considers it a difficult time but still believes in herself and makes more efforts. The 26-year-old beauty said: “That moment was challenging, but it was also when I had the most strength to continue my journey. My goal has always been the crown. But more than that, it is the goal of spreading my journey, inspiring young girls with a resilient spirit, never giving up.”
