Why is Sacombank Pay identification unsuccessful?
Although the Sacombank Pay identification process is easy to perform, many people have not been successful. Here are some reasons:
Sacombank Pay is experiencing errors, maintenance, or network congestion
This system error occurs when the system enters maintenance mode while customers are in the process of identification. Or at that time, the system is overloaded with transactions, causing the network to be congested.
At this time, all transactions and operations performed on the Sacombank Pay application cannot be carried out, including your identification process.
The solution is to temporarily exit the application and wait for a while before re-entering.
Personal document errors
If the personal document information you uploaded during identification is different from the system’s recognized information during account registration, the identification process will not be successful.
In addition, if you use a photocopy of the personal document or an expired original document, the identification process will also not be successful.
The solution in this case is to double-check the information or contact the bank to make corrections.
Personal document photo does not meet the requirements
In the document capture step, you need to ensure that the document is clear, not blurry, not cut off, and not overexposed. Only then can the system recognize all the information on the personal document.
To ensure this, the quality of the camera is also very important because if the camera is damaged or degraded, the captured image will not be clear.
In this case, choose a well-lit shooting location and position the document to capture all corners of the document. If the image is blurry due to poor phone camera quality, you need to switch to another phone with better camera quality.
Customer’s face does not match the photo on the personal document
Another reason that may make the Sacombank identification process unsuccessful is when the scanned face does not match the photo on the ID card/Passport.
In the identification process, the system will request the user to scan their face. Based on the scanned image, the system will compare it with the photo on the personal document to determine the matching rate. If the comparison rate is different, the identification process cannot be completed.
This case is rare, but sometimes it does happen, especially when the personal document has been made for too long or you have undergone cosmetic procedures that have changed your face. Or during identification, you were heavily made up, so your face looks different from the photo.
In this case, if your personal document is too old or you have changed your appearance and cannot make it match, you should report it as lost to redo the document.
Note that when performing the Sacombank Pay identification, you should not heavily make up to avoid changing your appearance.
Conclusion
That was all you need to know about identifying Sacombank Pay. The process can be done completely online on your mobile phone and is quite simple, so please apply it to avoid having to go directly to the counter.
