The mountain expedition was a journey of challenges that pushed the participants to shed their comfort zones, embrace courage, and conquer their fears. It served as a transformative experience, empowering them to break through their limitations and emerge as better versions of themselves.
According to Senior Mind Therapy Expert, Nguyen Thi Lanh (from Minh Tri Thanh Academy), “By choosing to face difficulties, we uncover our true strength and potential. That’s why Minh Tri Thanh organized the Fansipan expedition, taking our students on a tough 2-day journey filled with fatigue and adversity. This journey awakens courage and fosters resilience, leaving behind the weak and timid selves. As they descend the mountain, our students embody a new, stronger, and more confident version of themselves.”
The expedition left behind weaknesses and fears, forging a new sense of strength, confidence, and resilience in the students.
With nearly 600 participants, including 320 students and support staff, this was the largest Fansipan expedition ever organized by Minh Tri Thanh Academy.
Months of meticulous planning went into this event, with the academy collaborating closely with the Hoang Lien National Park management to ensure the safety and well-being of the students. This included arranging accommodations and developing safety protocols for hazardous areas. The students, on the other hand, underwent rigorous physical training, focusing on endurance, stair climbing, and walking or running between 3-5km.
The preparations are now complete, and Minh Tri Thanh Academy is confident that the participants will gain invaluable lessons, break through their limitations, and discover their inner courage and extraordinary potential.
Conquering Fansipan – A Journey of Resilience and Courage
With less than a week left until the program, participants like Hoang Thi Hien from Ho Chi Minh City are eagerly counting down the days. She has been diligently preparing her physical and mental state for this Fansipan expedition.
Having suffered from a herniated disc for the past two years, Hien had all but given up hope of finding a cure. Doctors advised her to avoid walking and climbing stairs, so she resigned herself to “living with the problem.” However, after learning about Coach Lanh, she started running, gradually increasing her distance from 2km to an impressive 42km. She now feels energized and stronger than ever.
“I feel full of energy and incredibly healthy. When I heard about Minh Tri Thanh Academy’s Fansipan expedition in August, I signed up without hesitation. I knew this would be an opportunity to deeply connect with myself, believe in my strength, and break free from limiting beliefs,” she shared.
For the past three months, Hien has been consistently running 5km and engaging in endurance-building exercises to ensure she is in top shape for the climb. She is confident that she will be a vital part of her team, supporting her teammates in reaching the summit with happiness and pride.
Minh Tri Thanh Academy is a pioneering institution in Vietnam, specializing in training and developing students’ thinking abilities. The mountain climbing program is an annual event held three times a year, designed to empower students, awaken their life purpose, and instill the confidence to create an exceptional life. |
