Health Benefits of Chives and Beef
Chives are a familiar vegetable in Korean and Vietnamese cuisine, known for their distinct flavor and numerous health benefits, especially in supporting liver function. Along with cabbage, onions, and scallions, chives are a staple in many traditional dishes.
