1 Who is affected by Zalo’s new subscription fees?
Starting from August 1, 2022, Zalo starts charging for the subscription package for businesses
Effective from August 1, 2022, Zalo will be implementing subscription fees for businesses using its Business OA accounts. These fees will be divided into 3 tiers:
- Free trial (10,000 VND).
- Advanced (59,000 VND).
- Premium (399,000 VND).
All fees are billed on a monthly basis.

Some features, such as contact support, chat feedback, and removal of display limitations in search results, will be made available to OA accounts through a monthly subscription plan.
On the other hand, free accounts will have certain limitations, including:
- Inability to use a username.
- Maximum of 5 quick messages allowed.
- Up to 1,000 saved contacts.
- No access to view or comment on the timeline.
- Phone numbers displayed only 40 times per month (finding free users will become more challenging).
- Maximum of 40 replies to conversations with strangers per month.
