Try this new, soft, smooth, and sweet alternative to drinking milk: Pudding Delight
This delicious milk cake is loved by children for its softness, fragrance, sweetness, and nutritional value. It is even more delicious than pudding and can be made by anyone.
Instructions:
Step 1: Put 100 grams of cornstarch into a pot, then add 2 bottles of milk and stir well. Next, add a suitable amount of sugar, turn on low heat, and stir continuously with a spoon, you will see the milk in the pot getting thicker day by day.
Step 2: When the mixture thickens, continue stirring for a while. Then turn off the heat, wait for the mixture to solidify.
Step 3: Spread oil absorbent paper in a bowl first, then pour the milk mixture into the bowl, cover with a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 4: After 2 hours, take it out, tear the oil-absorbent paper and cut it into small pieces as desired. Pour the shredded coconut into a plate, roll the milk cakes in it to cover the entire cake.
Tips:
1. The amount of sugar should be adjusted to personal taste, if you like it sweeter, you can add more.
2. Stir the milk in the pot continuously, do not stop, to avoid the milk from clotting.
3. The refrigeration time should not be less than 2 hours, if the time is too short, the cake will not form.
