How to do it:

Step 1: Choose fresh shrimp that are still alive and active. You can ask the seller to remove the shrimp veins or do it yourself at home.

Step 2: Clean the shrimp thoroughly. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the shrimp, stirring constantly until the shells change color. Then remove them and drain the water. Note that you should use high heat and work quickly because if the shrimp are fully cooked, the meat will become bland and lose its flavor.

Step 3: Wait for the shrimp to cool, then peel off the shells. Divide them into portions according to the intended use, put them in a container, and store them in the freezer.
