Here are some easy DIY scalp exfoliation recipes:

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup of water

Method:

In a small mixing bowl, combine apple cider vinegar with mother and water. After shampooing, pour this mixture onto your scalp. Massage it in and rinse off after 10 minutes.

Bentonite Clay

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of bentonite clay

Water

Method:

Put the bentonite clay into a mixing bowl and gradually add water, continuing to mix. Part your hair and apply the clay mask to your scalp, leaving it on for 10 minutes and rinsing off. Use a gentle shampoo to wash your hair.

Coffee

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of coffee grounds

2 tablespoons of shampoo

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

Method:

Combine the coffee grounds, shampoo, and coconut oil in a small bowl. Mix well, until properly combined. Gently apply the mixture to your scalp and massage for 60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly.

Sugar Scrub

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of granulated sugar or brown sugar

1 teaspoon of any hair nourishing oil of your choice

2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel

A few drops of peppermint essential oil (optional)

Method:

Combine the sugar, aloe vera gel, and hair nourishing oil in a bowl and mix until the ingredients blend well. Gently massage the mixture onto your scalp for 60 seconds and then rinse off.

Lactic Acid

Ingredients:

Equal parts of 5% lactic acid and water

Method:

Wet your hair and scalp with water, then apply this mixture onto your scalp, gently exfoliating and massaging in circular motions. Do this for 5 to 8 minutes and rinse off with a gentle shampoo and condition your hair as usual.

Scalp Brush

A scalp brush can help stimulate blood circulation by relaxing the blood vessels beneath your skin, thereby promoting hair growth. You can use a scalp brush on dry scalp.

You can use it after applying hair oil or with wet hair and shampoo. Gently massage the product onto your scalp in circular motions for 1-2 minutes.
