– Chicken breast: 1 piece

– Cabbage: 1 head

– Ginger, chili

– Garlic: 5 cloves

– Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon

– Seasoning: Salt, 2 tablespoons soy sauce

2. How to make chicken stir-fried cabbage

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

– After buying the chicken breast, clean and chop it into small pieces.

– Peel and slice the ginger.

– Peel the garlic and rinse it with clean water, then slice it thinly.

– Separate the cabbage into small bite-sized pieces and wash them. To remove dirt and bacteria from the cabbage, you can soak them in diluted saltwater or starchwater for about 15 to 30 minutes.

– Rinse the chili, remove the stem, and chop it finely.

Step 2: Blanch the cabbage

– Boil a pot of water. Then blanch the washed cabbage for about 1 minute to preserve its attractive green color and crispy texture.

Step 3: Stir-fry cabbage with chicken breast

– Heat a pan, add a little cooking oil, and heat it up. Then stir-fry the ginger, garlic, and finely chopped chili.

– When they release their aroma, add the chicken breast and stir-fry until the chicken meat firms up and changes color. Then add the blanched cabbage and stir-fry together.

– Depending on your taste and preference, you can season the dish with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/3 teaspoon of salt.

– Stir everything well so that the chicken and cabbage are cooked. Then turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.
