Customers are completely exempt from transaction fees when making payments via VNPAY-QR and also have the opportunity to receive attractive benefits. For VNPAY’s partners, there is no installation fee or monthly fee to maintain the system. Only when there are transaction occur, there will be corresponding charges.

How do I transfer money using VNPAY e-wallet?

Step 1: On the main interface of the application, select the “Transfer” section.

Step 2: Enter the name or phone number of the recipient’s VNPAY e-wallet account.

• You can transfer money to multiple recipients by selecting the “Transfer to multiple recipients” option.
• If there is a QR code for receiving money, select the “Scan QR code” option.

Step 3: Enter the amount you want to transfer and the transaction details.

Step 4: Double-check that the transaction information is correct, then press “Confirm”.

Step 5: Enter the OTP code sent to the phone number registered with the VNPAY account, and wait for the notification of a successful transaction.

How to use QR codes in the VNPAY e-wallet app?

Step 1: On the main interface of the app, tap on the avatar in the top left corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select the “My QR code” section.

Step 3: Choose the “Payment QR” or “Receipt QR” tab to display the corresponding QR code.

• Payment QR: Enter the discount code (if available) and show the QR code on the screen to the cashier to pay the bill.
• Receipt QR: Enter the desired amount (VND) to receive. You can directly show the QR code on the screen to another person to scan and make a transaction. Furthermore, if you want to reuse this QR code in the future, tap “Save code” and you can also tap “Share” to send the QR code to another person.
