Method 1: Check-in on the website

Step 1: To check in on the Pacific Airlines website, you access the official website of the airline. Click on the Check-in section at the top of the homepage and the interface will display the required information.

Step 2: Enter the required information accurately, including reservation code, passenger’s name, and place of departure. Then click the arrow to continue.

After a few minutes, the system will automatically redirect you to the online check-in page and guide you through the required steps. Click Continue to view the passenger’s check-in information.

Step 3: The next step is to check the accuracy of information such as flight number, departure time, passenger’s name, etc.

If there are any discrepancies, you need to contact the airline as soon as possible. If the information is correct, click Select Seat to choose your preferred seat.

Step 4: When the seat map appears, click on the seat that suits you. If you need to select seats for multiple passengers with the same reservation code, proceed to select seats for each person one by one.

Step 5: After selecting the seat, the system will confirm the online check-in process. You can print the boarding pass or send it via email.

Method 2: Check-in at the Kiosk

Passengers can also check in for Pacific Airlines flights using the Kiosk. Currently, the Kiosks of Pacific Airlines are shared with those of Vietnam Airlines.

Check-in at the Kiosk is available for domestic flights departing from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), and Da Nang Airport (Da Nang).

Pacific Airlines specifies that the check-in time at Kiosks is from 3 hours to 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The specific check-in process is as follows:

Step 1: Find the Vietnam Airlines Kiosk, usually with airline staff nearby.

Step 2: Select either English or Vietnamese as the language.

Step 3: Search for the flight using the reservation code, ticket number, or frequent flyer number.

Step 4: Read and verify the accuracy of the check-in information, passenger information, and flight details.

Step 5: Select the appropriate seat.

Step 6: Complete the check-in process and print the boarding pass.

Method 3: Pacific online check-in via App

Since Pacific Airlines is part of the Vietnam Airlines Group, passengers can easily check in for their flights using the Vietnam Airlines mobile app. To check in via the Vietnam Airlines app, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Vietnam Airlines app and select Check-in at the bottom right of the screen.

Step 2: Enter the required information, such as the reservation code, passenger’s name, and place of departure, and click Continue.

Step 3: Confirm the passenger for check-in and click Continue.

Step 4: Select the desired seat and click Finish selecting seat.

Step 5: Enter the required personal information accurately.

Step 6: Read and agree to the airline’s policies and click Check-in.

Step 7: The check-in process is complete. You can print the boarding pass or send it to your email.
