Pork Neck

Pig Brain

Pig Kidneys

Pig kidneys are a favorite dish of many people but it carries many risks to health.

This organ contains a lot of bad fat – cholesterol that is not good for people with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, lipid disorders, fatty liver, and pancreatitis.

For people with gout and kidney disease, they should absolutely not eat pig kidneys because the protein content inside will worsen the condition.

If pig kidneys are not from a reliable source, not properly processed and thoroughly cooked, they will carry many dangerous bacteria such as E.Coli, Streptococcus suis bacteria causing meningitis, septicemia, and bacteria causing diarrhea, dysentery, and typhoid fever.
