1. Keep your dish sink clean and fresh

Dealing with the foul smell from the dish sink is always a headache for many housewives. To fix this issue, pour a mixture of lemon juice, salt, and water into an ice tray. After it freezes, drop them into the dish sink until the ice melts. Salt helps to clean and remove unpleasant odors from the drain in the dish sink, while lemon helps to remove dirt and keep the sink clean and fresh.

2. Clean baking trays with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda

The combination of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda can make even the oldest baking trays look brand new. Simply sprinkle baking soda on the baking tray and then add a little hydrogen peroxide, followed by another layer of baking soda. Let it soak for a few hours, then wipe the baking tray clean with a cloth.

3. Clean the oven

Fill a spray bottle with 1/3 cup of water, 1/3 cup of white vinegar, and 1/2 cup of baking soda. Shake well. When the oven is slightly cooled, spray the mixture around the oven, close the oven door, and leave it for a maximum of 12 hours. Then, simply clean the oven with soap and wipe it dry with a cloth.

4. Polish wooden furniture with lemon oil and vinegar

Pour lemon oil and white vinegar into a spray bottle. Spray the mixture on a dry cloth and wipe the wooden furniture in your kitchen. After just 1-2 wipes, your kitchen furniture will shine like new.

5. Clean the range hood

The filter on your family’s range hood can accumulate grease and dirt over time. To clean it, boil water in a large pot and add 1/2 cup of baking soda. Then, place the range hood filter into the pot. Once one side is clean, flip it to soak the other side until it’s spotless.

6. Clean the dish rack with a toothbrush

Food waste can get stuck under the dish rack without you knowing. Soak a discarded toothbrush in dish soap and use it to scrub away any dirt or residue that’s stuck on the dish rack, keeping it clean and odor-free.
