Ingredients

100g mung beans

Water

Instructions

Step 1: Choose round, plump mung beans to ensure the best germination. Avoid genetically modified mung beans as they will not sprout. Then, rinse the mung beans and soak them in water for 12 hours. After soaking for 12 hours, the mung beans will be swollen and the shells will have cracks, preparing for germination.

Step 2: Prepare a plastic pot with 2 parts that fit together, one part like a basket with small holes at the bottom. Then, place a cloth on the bottom of the basket, pour the soaked mung beans on the cloth. Then, water the cloth until it is completely wet.

Step 3: After that, fold the cloth to cover the mung beans tightly. Cover the top of the basket with another layer of cloth to ensure that the bean sprouts are in the dark.

Note: Remember to water the bean sprouts in the morning every day. Overnight, you will see the bean sprouts grow visibly and beautifully without worrying about growth enhancers.

Step 4: On the third day, you need to place a heavy object on the bean sprouts to compress them a bit, which will help the sprouts grow faster.

You should water the bean sprouts continuously until the morning of the fifth day when you open the cloth to check, you will be amazed. By this time, you will have finished bean sprouts for cooking!

Attention: Remember to water the bean sprouts regularly every morning. Do not let the bean sprouts come in contact with light. And the best temperature for the growth of bean sprouts is 35 degrees.
