Neck Stretch
The neck stretch is a simple exercise that can help improve the skin on the neck area.
– Sit comfortably on a chair. Place your fingers on the collarbone and gently press.
– Inhale through your nose and lift your neck up, looking at the ceiling. Press your shoulders down.
– Exhale as you look up.
– Lower your neck and bring your head back to a neutral position.
– Repeat this movement 15 times.
Chin Push
– Sit comfortably on a chair or a sofa. Place a pillow for lower back support. Sit straight.
– Place the fingertips under your chin as shown.
– Lift your chin by pulling the lower jaw outwards.
– Gently press your chin, pucker your lips, and smile.
– Hold for 3 seconds and bring your head back to the spine in a controlled manner.
– Perform this movement 15 times.
Face Kiss
The face kiss exercise targets the skin on the neck area and helps to slim down the chin.
– Sit in a seated position with your palms resting on your chest, just below the collarbone.
– Lift your head up, stretch your neck, and look up at the ceiling. Open your mouth into an ‘O’ shape.
– Keep your mouth closed as you pucker your lips as if you’re trying to kiss the ceiling. Hold this position for 2 seconds and relax.
– Perform this movement 5 times before bringing your head back to a neutral position slowly and controlled. Look to the right side and stretch your neck upwards.
– Repeat 5 times. Do the same on the left side.
Natural Face Lift Massage
– Sit on a chair and place a pillow to support the lower back.
– Add a spritz of mineral water and a drop of facial oil into the palm of your hand.
– Rub your palms together.
– Place your thumb on the lower jaw.
– Curve your index finger and place them near your lips.
– Gently press and move your hand towards your ears.
– Pause for a moment, bring your hand back to the starting position, and repeat the same movement.
– Perform this movement 20 times.
Note: Avoid this massage if you have acne, eczema, or rosacea.
Neck Stretch with Lip Pout
It is recommended to perform the neck stretch with lip pout exercise 10 times, twice a day.
– Stand or sit with a firm posture. Bring your head back, keeping your neck straight, and look up at the ceiling.
– Pout your lips as if you’re trying to kiss the ceiling. Hold this position for 10 seconds.
– Slowly lower your head to the starting position, with your mouth back to normal.
– Repeat this movement 10 times.
Face and Neck Yoga
It is recommended to do the Face and Neck Yoga exercise to reduce sagging skin in the neck area.
– Sit on a chair, stretch your head back, and look up at the ceiling. Keep your head and neck stable.
– Open and close your mouth.
– Perform this movement 15 times.
Neck Stretch with ‘O’
Keep your neck straight aligned with your spine while performing the Neck Stretch with ‘O’ exercise.
– Sit on a chair. Place your index finger on your chin, open and close your mouth.
– Press your index finger to prevent your mouth from opening. Note, keep your neck straight aligned with your spine while performing this movement.
– Repeat this movement 5 times.
Tongue Push
– Clench your fist, place it under your jaw. Touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue.
– Push your fist up, at the same time push your jaw down, push your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Hold for 5 seconds and relax, and move your head in different directions while doing this exercise.
– Repeat this movement 15 times.
Neck Massage
The neck massage movement helps to increase the elasticity of the skin in the chin and cheek areas.
– Sit or stand in front of a mirror. Spritz some mineral water and a drop of facial oil into the palms of your hands, then rub your hands together.
– Place your hands on both sides of your chin. Massage your chin and cheeks by gently pressing your palms upwards in a ‘V’ shape.
– Pause for a moment and bring your hands back to the starting position.
– Repeat this movement and perform it 20 times.
Mouth Sucking Yoga
The mouth sucking yoga exercise can help improve sagging skin in the chin area.
– Pretend like you have water in your mouth.
– Blow air from the right cheek to the left cheek, and vice versa.
– Repeat this movement 20 times.
