Using Salt
Shampoo helps soften hair and prevent dryness, while salt helps eliminate stickiness and remove dirt. This method also helps to make the hair strong, healthy, and dandruff-free.
You prepare 3 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of shampoo you are using, mix them together until the salt is completely dissolved.
First, massage the scalp with this mixture for 5 minutes and leave it for another 5 – 10 minutes. Then rinse your hair thoroughly with water. It is best to use cold water.
This method should only be applied once a week. Performing it too frequently can cause dry hair and scalp.
Using Apple Cider Vinegar
The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar helps balance the pH level of the scalp, control the amount of oil released after shampooing.
You prepare 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water, then mix them well.
First, shampoo your hair as usual with shampoo to remove dirt from your hair. Then use the mixture you just mixed to rinse your hair. Leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing with cold water. You can do this 3-4 times a week.
Using Green Tea
Green tea not only has the ability to treat greasy hair but also helps nourish the hair from the roots to the ends. With a few simple steps, you can own soft and smooth hair.
You prepare half a cup of green tea and 1 cup of water. First, put half a cup of green tea into a cup of water and boil it in a pot. Simmer for 5 minutes. Then strain the tea and let it cool.
You apply the green tea mixture to your scalp and leave it on for 30 – 45 minutes before rinsing with water. You can do this once a week.
Using Aloe Vera
Aloe vera has the ability to control oil secretion and make your hair soft. Its nutrients can also stimulate new hair growth when absorbed into the scalp.
You prepare 1 – 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 cup of water. Put 1 – 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel into a teaspoon of lemon juice. Then add a cup of water to the mixture and mix well.
First, shampoo your hair as usual with shampoo. Then massage the scalp with the mixture for about 1 – 2 minutes. Then leave it on for 5 – 10 minutes before rinsing with cold water.
This method can be applied once a day to achieve the best results.
