This method should only be applied once a week. Performing it too frequently can cause dry hair and scalp.

Using Apple Cider Vinegar

The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar helps balance the pH level of the scalp, control the amount of oil released after shampooing.

You prepare 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water, then mix them well.

First, shampoo your hair as usual with shampoo to remove dirt from your hair. Then use the mixture you just mixed to rinse your hair. Leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing with cold water. You can do this 3-4 times a week.

Using Green Tea

Using Aloe Vera

You prepare 1 – 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 cup of water. Put 1 – 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel into a teaspoon of lemon juice. Then add a cup of water to the mixture and mix well.

First, shampoo your hair as usual with shampoo. Then massage the scalp with the mixture for about 1 – 2 minutes. Then leave it on for 5 – 10 minutes before rinsing with cold water.

This method can be applied once a day to achieve the best results.
