Fresh ginger mask

Rice water hair mask

Prepare and clean 5 – 10 green beans, then grind and mix them with 500ml of water. You can simmer the mixture on low heat to make it warm, which helps to thicken the gel substance. Then, strain the gel water and apply it to your hair, gently massage your scalp. Leave it on for about 30 minutes – 1 hour, then shampoo as usual.

Avocado and coconut oil hair mask

Using avocado as a hair mask helps to keep your hair soft and smooth due to the abundance of nutrients such as fatty acids, essential amino acids, potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, B2, D, E… With regular use, you will see a noticeable improvement in your hair.

Mash half an avocado with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Then, apply the mixture evenly to your hair, gently massage your scalp for 2 minutes to allow the nutrients to penetrate deeply into the scalp. After that, cover your hair with a shower cap or a specialized hair mask cap for about 30 minutes – 1 hour, and shampoo your hair as usual.
