Brown Sugar
Place a moderate amount of brown sugar directly on your tongue and let it dissolve for about 15 minutes, ensuring that all your teeth are coated in the sugary solution. Then, use a hard-bristled toothbrush to scrub your teeth for 2-3 minutes, followed by rinsing with dilute saline for another 1-2 minutes.
Baking Soda
When using baking soda for teeth whitening, it’s important to do it correctly and consult a dentist, especially if you have sensitive teeth. Here are two methods you can try:
– Dry Baking Soda: Apply a small amount of baking soda directly to the surface of your teeth. Leave it on for about a minute, then rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
– Baking Soda and Salt: Mix baking soda with salt in a 3:1 ratio and add a small amount of water to create a paste. Use a toothbrush to scrub all surfaces of your teeth with this mixture, then rinse your mouth with clean water.
Activated Charcoal
Activated charcoal is a powerful agent for removing plaque and yellow stains from teeth. It also has antibacterial properties. When brushing with charcoal, be gentle, especially around the gum line.

Apple cider vinegar can help eliminate plaque buildup on your teeth. Dip your toothbrush into the vinegar and brush for about 2-3 minutes. Afterward, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Coconut Oil
Try oil pulling with coconut oil by swishing a tablespoon of it in your mouth for 2-3 minutes, gently scrubbing it against your teeth. Finally, spit it out and rinse your mouth with water. You can do this 2-3 times a week to maintain oral hygiene.
