Lemon and Honey
Honey helps brighten and even out the skin tone thanks to its vitamin E, vitamin C, and folic acid content. When combined with lemon, this mixture can effectively treat dark spots and neutralize odors.
Mix lemon and honey in a 1:1 ratio, blend well, and apply a thin layer to your underarms. After about 20 minutes, rinse it off with clean water.

Dark and uneven underarm skin can make many women feel self-conscious.
Lemon and Salt
This combination is a powerful duo that helps eliminate bacteria and significantly improves skin tone. You can dip a slice of lemon into salt and gently rub it on your underarms for about 3 minutes, or mix lemon juice and salt and apply the paste to your underarms for about 10 minutes before rinsing it off with clean water.
Baking Soda and Toothpaste
Baking soda, also known as sodium bicarbonate, is a mildly alkaline substance. When combined with toothpaste, it not only helps whiten teeth but can also be used to treat dark underarms. Make sure to wet the area before applying the paste. For better results, after massaging for 2-3 minutes, leave it on for another 15-20 minutes, and then wipe it off.

Toothpaste combined with baking soda is not only great for teeth whitening but also for treating dark underarms.
Turmeric and Coconut Oil
Turmeric contains curcumin, a potent antioxidant and antibacterial agent that helps fade the pigment melanin, which causes skin darkening. Coconut oil, on the other hand, is an excellent moisturizer for dry and irritated underarm skin.
Potato
Potatoes have skin-healing and skin-lightening properties. Simply grate a small potato, extract the juice, and apply it directly to your underarms. Rinse it off after 10-15 minutes and repeat this process twice a day until you achieve your desired results.

If your skin has open wounds after hair removal or shaving, avoid physical exfoliation.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar contains mild acids that help remove dead skin cells and brighten the underarm area. Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with two tablespoons of baking soda to form a frothy mixture. Once the bubbles subside, apply the mixture to your underarms and let it dry before rinsing it off with cold water.
If your skin has open wounds after hair removal or shaving, refrain from using physical exfoliants. Consider opting for gentler hair removal methods and always practice proper skin care before and after the process.
Yogurt and Orange Peels
Oranges are rich in vitamin C, which helps brighten the skin, while yogurt has antibacterial properties and neutralizes odors. Grind some orange peels and mix them with yogurt. Apply this paste to your underarms and let it sit for 30 minutes before rinsing it off.
