Victoria Beckham was born in 1974 and is famous as one of the members of the iconic British group Spice Girls. In 1999, Victoria got married to David Beckham after two years of dating.

Since the documentary film “Beckham” aired on October 4th, Victoria’s timeless beauty has caught the attention. At the age of 49, her skin shows almost no signs of aging and appears radiant and fresh compared to her prime years.

The current achievements are the result of years of meticulous and costly care.

Regular spa and facial massages

She often goes to spas for facial massages to improve blood circulation, reduce puffiness, smooth out wrinkles, and keep her skin firm and youthful. She also typically opts for treatments that combine red light therapy to improve wrinkles.

She often undergoes the most painful facial treatment involving the use of 24 needle-like tips that penetrate into the skin.

In 2019, Vic revealed that she uses a face cream containing extracted blood from herself which costs 1,200 pounds. She has also used sheep placenta as a facial mask and bird dung powder to treat acne.

Moisturizing is a priority

She places great emphasis on moisturizing and often spends time massaging to deeply penetrate the nutrients. According to her, moisturizing requires massaging around important areas such as cheeks, jawline, and around the eyes to reduce eye bags and water retention.

Disciplined eating habits

Her disciplined eating habits also contribute significantly to maintaining ageless skin. She drinks plenty of water and never skips meals.

“I eat a lot of fish, fresh vegetables, and salads, as well as nuts. I eat a lot of avocados and good fats like salmon,” Vic told Net-A-Porter. According to experts, a diet rich in good fats helps maintain collagen structure.

She only consumes fresh food and avoids sugar, and has minimized starch intake since 2001. She also gave up the habit of drinking tea or coffee in the morning. Instead, she starts her day with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, which is beneficial for digestion and skin health. The famous mother also limits certain foods such as swordfish and tuna, mainly eating salmon. She has also avoided red meat for decades. Her daily menu usually consists of steamed seafood, boiled vegetables, and fruits…

Victoria has also mentioned incorporating functional products containing collagen and NAD+ to slow down cell aging and support collagen synthesis.

It is known that for many years, Victoria Beckham has been waking up at 6 a.m. and spending two hours exercising, including cardio exercises like running 5 kilometers and weightlifting, and TRX training. Recently, she shared a photo of herself doing Weight Lifting exercises.
