Furthermore, you can steam your face with angelica leaves by soaking the leaves in a hot bowl of water, wait for a few minutes before covering your face with a towel tightly to steam for 10 – 15 minutes.

Note:

– Do not bring your face close to the hot bowl of water to avoid burning the skin.

– Steam for only 5-7 minutes and perform once a week to avoid redness and irritation of the skin.

– Clean the ingredients and utensils such as bowls and pots before steaming.

This facial steaming method is quite simple and easy to do, so remember to do it regularly every week to have clean and bright skin.

Use 80g of dried angelica leaves, pour 500ml of water and simmer until 250ml is left, divide into 2 doses to drink during the day to quickly relieve any rashes. Or you can crush dried angelica leaves and apply directly to the wound to soothe pain and heal quickly.
