For phones using the Android operating system:

Step 1: Download the app Google Lens from the Google Play Store to your phone.

Step 2: Open the app Google Lens on the phone.

Step 3: Point the phone’s camera at the QR code on the chip-embedded CCCD card.

Step 4: The personal information will be displayed on the phone screen after the QR code is successfully scanned.

To look up citizen information using a chip-embedded CCCD card on the National Population Database, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Public Security and select Log in.

Step 2: Click on Log in to an account provided by the National Public Service Portal.

Step 3: Continue to click on Electronic Identity Account issued by the Ministry of Public Security. Log in to your account.

Step 4: After logging in successfully, select Lookup profile and select Citizen information.
