Step 1 Frying Chinese Sausage with Coconut Water

Heat a pan on the stove. Carefully place the Chinese sausages in the pan.

Pour coconut water into the pan. Be sure to pour enough coconut water to cover half of the sausages. This will prevent the sausages from burning. If you pour too much coconut water, it may take longer to fry the sausages. Therefore, pouring enough coconut water to cover half of the sausages is the best option for a flavorful dish.

Turn on the heat and fry the Chinese sausages at high heat for about 15 minutes. When the coconut water starts boiling, reduce the heat and continue frying. This will make the sausages more delicious, with the fat oozing out and the coconut water gradually turning into a beautiful brown color.

While frying, the coconut water will penetrate into the sausages, making them sweeter and more delicious.
