Step 1 Melt the chocolate

Put dark chocolate in a glass bowl. Place the bowl on a pan of hot water to melt the chocolate. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave.

Once the chocolate has melted, spread a thin layer on the silicon molds. Make sure to coat all the molds evenly. Then, put the molds in the freezer compartment to let the chocolate set.

Once the chocolate has completely set, gently remove them from the molds. Then, fill half of the sphere with chocolate powder and mini marshmallows.

Step 3 Shape the chocolate bombs

Heat a pan on the stove, once the pan is hot, press one half of the sphere onto the pan to melt the chocolate slightly. Quickly stick this half sphere onto the chocolate-filled half of the mold. You can put the chocolate bombs in the fridge to let the chocolate set again.

Melt white chocolate and put it in a piping bag. Decorate the chocolate bombs as desired.
