Step 2: Open the Instagram app on your phone > Select the Direct section with the message icon in the top right corner > Then, select the Note section in Your note.

Step 3: In the Add Note interface, you fill in the note with status, emotion and select the Music note icon > Select the song you want to insert into the note.
