Step 1 Steam the potatoes

Mash the potatoes and mix well until the ingredients are well combined and the filling is smooth. Then, take a portion of the filling, flatten it and place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center, shape it into a ball. Repeat this process until all the filling is used.
