How to use auto-reply on Zalo Business

Note: This is an exclusive feature on Zalo Business and personal users will not be supported. However, you can also experience this feature after successfully registering for Zalo Business trial. Refer to the article Guide on how to register for free Zalo Business trial to learn how to do it. 

Step 1: Access the Zalo app, select Personal in the toolbar below. Then choose Business Tools

Step 2: You will see the Auto Reply section and click on it. You will have 5 pre-set message templates. To add a new auto-reply template, click on the plus icon + at the top right corner. 

Step 3: Here, you will fill in the message content, recipients, and response time. Then click Save to record. Do the same for other templates in the 5 available templates. Finally, slide the switch to On for the templates you want to use.
