Procedure:
Step 1: Place the butter on the cutting board lengthwise and use a knife to cut a section from the top of the butter down to the bottom. Then, separate it into two pieces.
Step 2: Score a line into the pit of the butter and gently rotate the knife to lift the butter pit. Proceed to cut each piece of butter in half from the top to the bottom, following the previous steps.
