– Pepper

Instructions

– Cut the pork ribs into small bite-sized pieces.

– Add a tablespoon of flour and water to the pork ribs, then massage and rinse them to remove any impurities. After that, place the pork ribs in a pot, add water and a tablespoon of cooking wine, and blanch them in boiling water for about 35 seconds before removing them. – Rinse the pork ribs and add them to the pot. Rinse the green beans and use ones with skin for better taste. Then add the green beans and a few thin slices of ginger to the pot.

– Pour hot water into the pot, cover it, and simmer for about 50 minutes over low heat. Finally, add pepper and salt, and season to taste.
