Ground pork: 150-200gr (can be replaced with ground beef as desired).
1/2 pineapple.
3-4 tomatoes.
100gr bean sprouts.
2-3 purple onions.
1-2 stalks of green onion.
Seasonings: Fish sauce, salt, seasoning powder.

Instructions:
Finely chop or slice the pineapple. Clean the tomatoes and chop them into small pieces. Peel the purple onions and chop them finely. Wash the green onion and bean sprouts. For the green onion, chop it finely.

Heat a teaspoon of cooking oil in a pot and sauté the finely chopped purple onions. When the onions become fragrant, add the ground pork to the pot, along with a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of seasoning powder. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until the meat is cooked. Then, add the tomatoes and pineapple, continue stirring for about 2 minutes until the tomatoes and pineapple are soft and release their juice.
Add about 400-500ml of water to the pot. Cover and bring the soup to a boil. Taste and adjust the seasoning with a little fish sauce. Then, add the bean sprouts and green onion to the pot, cook for another 30 seconds, and turn off the heat.
